Brinestone was founded in 2008. We are a proud veteran owned and operated business. Brinestone began as a Network Security and IT Consulting Company but has transformed into a company that provides Managed Services to small and medium sized businesses. In 2010, Brinestone expanded its business model to include the Apple product line, with the designation of an Apple Authorized Reseller. In late 2010 Brinestone became an Apple Authorized Service Provider and an Apple Specialist. This allowed Brinestone to sell all Apple computer products including the iPad and iPod line.
As an Apple Specialist we are required to obtain the same stringent certifications as an Apple corporate store. This includes having certified staff such as, an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and Apple Product Professionals. At Brinestone we pride ourselves on our success as an Apple Specialist. There are less than 200 Apple Specialists nationwide, and Brinestone was one of only two to receive that designation in 2010.
Matt Bernard, owner of Brinestone and decorated war veteran, created a computer services company that not only meets the needs of its customers, but also works to help his fellow veterans. Brinestone actively works with the Veterans Administration and other non-profit organizations to train and hire veterans, which earned them an award in 2009. While all of Brinestone's employees have technical certifications, Matt knows veterans bring a mission focused mindset to the job that other companies can't match. This mindset contributes to the outstanding level of service Brinestone employees are known for and earned Matt the Business Leader of the Year from the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce.
